1. Go to your Client Area
2. Click on Services
3. Click on the 3 dots
4. Click on View Details
5. Click on Request Cancellation
6. Briefly Describe your reason for Cancellation
7. Choose if you want it to be Immediate or End of Billing Period
8. Click on Request Cancellation

Your cancellation request will only be processed upon receipt of your written reply to the support ticket. Failure to respond may result in continued automatic billing until the cancellation of the service is confirmed.
