Upon receiving the aforementioned information, we will provide you with a scheduled time and date for the transfer. Typically, we perform transfers during nighttime to minimize any potential downtime.

A few points beforehand
Point 1 – Before cancelling your existing hosting.
Consider allowing some overlap time to migrate your site to Halls Hosting and perform necessary testing. This approach provides a safety net in case anything is overlooked or needs retrieval from your current host.
Point 2 – Inform Your Customers
We highly recommend communicating with your customers about the upcoming migration to set expectations regarding any possible service interruptions. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition, but it’s prudent to inform your customers in advance.
Point 3 – Opt for a Bulk Migration
When transitioning from a cPanel / WHM provider, consider a ‘bulk migration’ option to transfer all your accounts simultaneously. This method simplifies the process, enabling you to migrate all accounts and update the DNS concurrently.
Point 4 – Don’t Update Anything
Once you’ve been informed of the migration schedule, please refrain from making any updates to your site. Await our confirmation that the migration is complete before proceeding with any changes.
