1. Go to cPanel
2. Click on Two-Factor Authentication
3. Click on Set Up Two-Factor Authentication

You can use any app that uses Two Factor Authentication for example i use Microsoft Authenticator
5. Enter the 6 digit code that within the chosen app
6. Click on Configure Two-Factor Authentication
7. You will see the below image
