Due to domain name regulations, once a domain is registered, it stays active until its expiration date. As a result, domain names cannot be deleted or canceled from your account prior to this date.

If you choose to discontinue a domain name, just disable the auto-renewal option and let it lapse. You can check the expiration date of your domain by visiting the Domains area within your Halls Hosting account.
How can i turn off auto-renewal on my domain?
1. Go to Your Client Area
2. Click on Domains
3. Click on the 3 dots
4. Click on Auto Renewal Status
5. Click on the button
6. The page will automatically save
