1. Click on FTP Accounts
2. Type in a username
3. Click on Password Generator
4. Save the password and than click the tick box
5. Click on Use Password
6. Remove all the text
7. Change this to public_html

In most cases, the directory you’re looking for is public_html. However, if you’re uncertain, we recommend reaching out to our support team for clarification.
8. Click on Create FTP Account
